Which alerts to send
Choose how serious a change must be before we write to you. Critical and High are the ones to keep on.
How we reach you
How often we write
Quiet hours
Hold alert emails during a daily window, for example overnight. Leave both times blank to switch this off. Critical alerts still show on your dashboard during quiet hours; only the email is held.
Changes to leave out of alerts
Tick any kind of change you do not want an alert about, for example a known issue you have already accepted. It still shows on your dashboard.
Other people who get alerts
Email addresses copied on every alert and summary, up to 10, separated by commas or new lines. A partner, a colleague or anyone else who should see them. Each person listed here can also open your monitoring page, with a sign-in code sent to their own address. Take an address off the list and it can no longer open the page.

Slack or Microsoft Teams
Paste an incoming-webhook address and every alert above is posted to that channel as well as emailed, with the same severity, quiet-hours and pause rules. Slack: an Incoming Webhook (hooks.slack.com). Teams: a channel webhook (webhook.office.com) or a Teams Workflows address. The address is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Not connected.
Pause monitoring
Hold all alerts and summaries for a while, for example during a planned outage, an incident response or a holiday. 90 days at most. Resume any time.
