What does AWeber ask me to publish?

Add the provided CNAME records for DKIM and the TXT record for DMARC to your domain's DNS settings.

AWeber prints these values in its own documentation, the same for every customer.

AWeber makes the other values for your account, so we do not print them here.

DKIM: CNAME record at aweber_key_a._domainkey
aweber_key_a.send.aweber.com
DKIM: CNAME record at aweber_key_b._domainkey
aweber_key_b.send.aweber.com
DKIM: CNAME record at aweber_key_c._domainkey
aweber_key_c.send.aweber.com

Where in AWeber are my values shown?

Navigate to Domains and Addresses within your account. Mouse over your domain and click the gear icon to the right to your domain to view the DKIM and DMARC records.

In AWeber, go to Domains and Addresses, mouse over your domain, and click the gear icon to see the DKIM and DMARC records.

Copy each value from there exactly as shown, and add each record at your DNS host.

03

Will p=reject block AWeber email?

An SPF record is not required or needed for improving deliverability or guarding against spoofing, when sending from AWeber and many other email service providers (ESPs).

Not once AWeber signs your email with your domain's DKIM key. DMARC passes when a message passes DKIM or SPF for your own domain, and the DKIM records AWeber gives you are on your domain.

AWeber says you do not need an SPF record when sending from it.

AWeber also asks that your domain has a DMARC record. A domain has one DMARC record: if you have one, keep it and do not add another.

Before you raise your policy, read your DMARC reports and check that email from AWeber passes.
