Networks / IT providers and managed service providers

Every client you look after, confirmed from the outside.

For IT providers and managed service providers. One ranked board of every client's email, staff logins and lookalike domains, read every day, with each fix handed to your team and recorded when it closes.

You keep the relationship. We bring the evidence, and record the day each opening closed.

01 · Why it lands on you

A client's forged email becomes your ticket and your reputation.

When a client's email is forged or a staff login is reused, the first call is to you, and the question the client asks is why it was possible. Clients judge their provider by what gets through, whether or not the setting that allowed it was ever in scope. An independent outside view of every client lets you close those openings before they become the conversation at renewal.

02 · How it works

One system, five steps, every client.

A network summary is the first reading. The watch keeps reading every day, tells you and the client the day something new opens, and hands over the fix. A person reviews every assessment before it is released.

01
Watch

Email that can be forged, staff logins in breach databases and lookalike domains, for every member, every day. What AI assistants tell clients about each member, every month.

02
Rank

One board, most exposed first, with the evidence and the one-line check beside each member.

03
Alert

A new opening reaches you and the member the same day, with the incident reported that week that used the same way in.

04
Fix

The member gets a step-by-step fix for its own set-up, addressed to whoever runs its systems.

05
Prove

Each closed opening is re-checked and recorded, so the member can show it was fixed and when.

03 · What you get

One board for you, a fix for each client.

For the network
  • One board across every member, ranked, with the evidence
  • Same-day alerts when a member's exposure changes
  • A monthly summary of what changed across your members
  • Private links like this one, and logins for your team
For each client
  • A full assessment: three documents and a signed summary
  • Its own dashboard, re-checked every day
  • A step-by-step fix for its own set-up
  • Alerts matched to the incidents reported that week
For your clientsdelivered by you
  • An independent record that each fix you made held
  • A monthly summary you can put in front of each client
  • Domains made to look like each client, watched daily
  • Evidence for quarterly reviews and renewals

Nothing reaches any of your clients without your say-so. You decide who hears what, and when.

04 · Independence

We work beside you, not instead of you.

We never sell or perform the fix. Each opening goes to your team with the exact change for that client's set-up. When you close it, we re-check it from outside and record the date, so the client sees your work confirmed by an independent party.

Independent01

Like an auditor, we check and record. We earn nothing from the repair, so nothing in a reading is there to create work.

Your team does the work02

Every fix goes to you, written for the client's own set-up, never to the client around you.

Your work on the record03

Each closed opening is dated, so your client can see what you fixed and when.

05 · Questions networks ask

What we are usually asked first.

We already monitor our clients.

This is the outside view, the one an attacker gets, read independently. It confirms your work to the client rather than competing with it.

Will you go to our clients directly?

No. Nothing reaches a client without your say-so, and every fix goes to your team.

Some of these settings are outside our scope.

Then the summary shows the client exactly what sits outside it, which is a scope conversation you can lead.

06 · Request a network summary

See your members from the outside, privately.

Tell us who you are and where your members are listed. We read the public side of every member you list and send you a private summary, ranked, with the check anyone can run beside each line.
