TLS-RPT

SMTP TLS Reporting (RFC 8460)

Definition

A record asking other mail servers to report when they could not deliver to you over an encrypted connection.

In plain words

It is a TXT record at _smtp._tls under your domain, starting v=TLSRPTv1, with an address for the daily reports.

Why it matters to a firm

It tells you when encrypted delivery to your firm failed, which you would not see otherwise.
