We target 99.9% monthly uptime across all customer-facing surfaces (dashboards, editor, public site hosting, API endpoints).
What we measure
- Customer dashboards — audit dashboard, monitoring dashboard, customer hub, website editor.
- Public website hosting — sites we host on customer domains and on getleaktrace.com/site/.
- Chat APIs — Help Center chat, intel preview chat, website chat widgets.
- Payment processing — Stripe checkout and billing portal handoff.
What we do not include
- Scan job execution time. Scans are background jobs; their completion latency is best-effort, not bound by SLA.
- Third-party integrations beyond our control (Microsoft OAuth, Google OAuth, customer DNS).
- Planned maintenance announced ≥48 hours in advance.
How to check live status
We do not currently publish a status page. If you suspect an outage, check [email protected] for response — outages are typically acknowledged via email within an hour during business hours.
