You can request full account deletion at any time. Deletion is irreversible and ends all access and services immediately.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with subject "Data deletion request". No reason required.
What we delete
- Your account record, profile, and contact details.
- Audit findings, dashboard state, and PDF reports.
- Monitoring subscription, alert history, and webhook configuration.
- Chat transcripts.
- BEC OAuth tokens (revoked on our side; you should also revoke at the provider — see Rescan or revoke access).
- Website product (if you have one): the live site goes offline, the editor link stops working, leads inbox is purged.
What we are required to keep
- Minimal financial records for tax and dispute-resolution purposes: invoice metadata, transaction amounts, and your email at the time of purchase. Retained 7 years.
- Compliance audit log of staff actions on your account. Retained 7 years for regulatory purposes.
Timeline
Deletion is processed within 30 days of confirmation, in line with PIPEDA and CCPA. Access ends immediately on request. Back-up purge follows within 30 days.
Active subscriptions
If you have an active monitoring subscription at the time of deletion, it is cancelled. You will not be billed again. No refund is issued for the current period — see /refund/.
