Email [email protected] from the address on your account with subject "Data export request". No reason required.
What the export contains
- Your account record (email, name, company, addresses, phone numbers if provided).
- Your audit findings, dashboard state, and download history.
- Your monitoring subscription state and alert history.
- Your chat transcripts with the AI assistants (intel preview chat + Help Center chat) if any.
- Your contact form submissions and email correspondence with support.
- Stripe invoices and payment metadata (card details are with Stripe, not us).
Format
The export is delivered as a single ZIP archive containing JSON files (machine-readable) plus a PDF summary (human-readable). Delivered within 30 days of request, in line with PIPEDA / CCPA timelines.
What is not included
- Source data we purchased from intelligence partners (we cannot redistribute their data).
- Logs older than 90 days (rotated out of retention).
- Anonymized aggregate analytics (cannot be tied to you specifically).
