Change the email on your account

Update where access links, invoices, and alerts are sent.

The email on file is the only address we send access links, invoices, and monitoring alerts to. To change it, the request must be authenticated — we never accept an email change from anyone but the current owner.

How to change it

  1. From the email currently on file, email [email protected] with subject "Email change request".
  2. Tell us the new email address.
  3. We send a confirmation to both the old and new address. Reply to both within 48 hours from the respective inbox.
  4. Once both confirmations are received, the change is processed within one business day.

If you have lost access to the old email

This is the harder path because we cannot send a confirmation to an address you no longer control. We require identity verification:

  • Original purchase amount and approximate date.
  • Last four digits of the card used at purchase.
  • Your company domain (for business accounts).
  • The UUID from your dashboard link.

Provide at least two of the above. We process verified requests within 3 business days. See Recover a lost access link for the underlying process.

If you only need to change the invoice recipient

Stripe billing portal at /account/ lets you set a separate Billing email for invoices. Use this if invoices need to go to your accounting team but access links should stay with you.
