All LeakTrace customer surfaces use token-based URLs — no password login. If you lose the link, we resend it.

Standard recovery

Email [email protected] from the email address you used to purchase. We resend the link to the same address within one business day.

If your email has changed

If your account email is no longer accessible, we need to verify identity before sending the link elsewhere. Provide at least two of the following:

  • Original purchase amount and approximate date.
  • Last four digits of the card used at purchase.
  • Your company domain (for business accounts).
  • The UUID from your old dashboard link (only you would have this).

Why the privacy guardrail

Sending access links to a different email address would let an attacker who controls a customer's old email or guesses their identity steal access to their data. The verification step is friction by design.
