Scope ($700)
The only refund scenario: your delivered audit report has no findings beyond what appeared in your intelligence brief preview. Email support within 7 days of delivery with your Report ID. If findings were delivered — regardless of severity — the work has been performed and is not refundable. See Scope refund policy.
Continuous Monitoring
No refunds. Cancel anytime to prevent future renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial refund on annual plans once the billing period has begun. See Pause or cancel monitoring.
Implementation ($1,499 / $2,499)
The only refund scenario: you cancel before a contractor has been assigned (typically within 1 business day of purchase). After assignment, work has begun — brief preparation, scheduling, contractor commitment — and the engagement is not refundable under any circumstance.
Professional Website ($3,000)
The only refund scenario: you cancel before AI site generation runs. Generation begins within minutes of payment, so this window is short. After generation, the site is delivered and is not refundable under any circumstance.
Billing corrections (separate from refunds)
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or payment processed but service not delivered due to a system failure on our side are handled separately as billing corrections — not policy refunds.
