Refundable if the delivered report has no findings beyond your intelligence brief preview, within 7 days of delivery. See Scope refund policy.
Continuous Monitoring
Cancel anytime; no refund for the current period; no partial refund on annual plans once the billing period has begun. See Pause or cancel monitoring.
Implementation ($1,499 / $2,499)
Full refund before a contractor is assigned (typically within 1 business day of purchase). Partial refund after assignment but before the first session. No refund once the engagement has begun.
Professional Website ($2,997)
Full refund before site generation (which begins within minutes of purchase, so this window is short). Partial within 14 days of generation if no edits and no custom domain. No refund after edits, custom domain provisioning, or 14 days.
