You have two ways to stop monitoring — pause (temporary, billing continues) or cancel (permanent, billing stops at renewal).
Pause monitoring
From your monitoring dashboard, go to Settings and click Pause monitoring. Alerts stop immediately. Billing continues. Resume any time from the same screen.
Cancel subscription
Open the Stripe billing portal and select Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monitoring stops at that point.
No mid-period refunds
We do not issue refunds for the current billing period on monitoring. Annual subscriptions are not refundable once the billing period has begun. Cancellation prevents future renewal only. See /refund/ for the full policy.
