You can switch monitoring billing between monthly ($297/mo) and annual ($2,497/yr) at any time from the Stripe billing portal.
Change your plan
- Open the Stripe billing portal.
- Click Update plan.
- Pick the new cadence and confirm.
How proration works
Stripe calculates the unused portion of your current period and credits it against the new plan. If you go from monthly to annual mid-month, you pay the annual rate minus the unused monthly credit. If you go from annual to monthly, the credit covers your next several months at no charge.
When it takes effect
Plan changes are immediate. Your next invoice reflects the new cadence.
