Scope is refundable in one specific case: if the delivered report contains no findings beyond what was shown in your intelligence brief preview, you are entitled to a full refund of the audit fee.
7-day window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of report delivery. We review and issue the refund within 2 business days.
Not eligible for refund
- Findings were identified and delivered, and you chose not to act on them.
- Request submitted after the 7-day window.
- Customer disagrees with severity scoring (we will re-investigate at no cost, but the audit fee is non-refundable on this basis).
