What's in the package
- An attestation cover sheet stating when the audit was performed and by whom.
- A findings inventory with severity, category, evidence source, and remediation status.
- Action item history (when each finding was acknowledged, fixed, reverified).
- The signed cryptographic integrity hash for each finding's evidence.

After Implementation
If you complete an Implementation engagement, the evidence package can be paired with the Hardening Certificate to document that every finding was remediated.
