Cancel from the Stripe billing portal → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then.
Immediate vs. end-of-period
By default, cancellation is end-of-period. You keep what you paid for. If you want access cut off immediately, contact support.
Refunds on cancellation
No refund is issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are not partially refunded once the billing period has begun. Cancellation prevents future renewal only. See /refund/ for the full policy.
Resubscribe
If you cancel and later want monitoring again, sign up fresh from the marketing site. We do not auto-restore lapsed subscriptions because the dashboard URL and webhook configuration may have changed.
