Different categories of data have different retention windows.
Audit reports
Retained for as long as your account is active. After account closure or 24 months of inactivity, reports are scheduled for deletion.
Monitoring alerts
Retained for 24 months. Older alerts are deleted automatically. Active subscriptions retain alerts for as long as the subscription is active.
BEC OAuth tokens
Retained for as long as you keep the integration active. Revoke from your BEC report page to delete immediately.
Contact and account records
Email addresses, names, and contact details are retained while your account is active. After deletion, we retain minimal records (email + deletion timestamp) for 7 years for tax and dispute-resolution purposes.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" from the address on your account. We confirm and process within 30 days, in line with PIPEDA and CCPA timelines.
