What do cyber insurance application forms ask, and how do I answer each question truthfully?

They ask about sign-in, email, payments, backups, devices, the network and your history.

How are these pages written?

We read five cyber insurance application forms from start to end, two Canadian and three American. Each page quotes the forms that ask a question, in their own words, with the form and page.

Then it says what the question means for a small firm, how to answer it truthfully, and what an outside reading can and cannot check for it. Most of these questions are about things nobody outside can see, and the pages say so.
