Every site ships with an AI chat widget that answers visitor questions accurately, using only the information present on your site.

What the chat knows

The chat reads your services, FAQs, team, hours, reviews, offers, insurance accepted, and any other content from your editor. It does not have access to the internet beyond your site, so it cannot make up information.

Lead capture

When a visitor shows intent — asks to book, mentions an emergency, asks about pricing, or asks to speak to a human — the chat captures their name and email and notifies you. See View leads from the chat.

Accuracy and tone

The chat refuses to invent facts. If a visitor asks something not on your site, it says so and offers a way to contact you. You can confirm this behavior on your live site — visit it and ask a question that isn't covered.

Optional phone capture

Under AI Chat in the editor, toggle Also ask for phone number on chat start if you want phone numbers along with name and email for every lead.
