Everything visible on your site is editable from the editor. There is no field a customer cannot change without staff help — except for the underlying template structure and security headers.

- Hero, services, team members and photos, reviews, FAQs.
- Hours, contact details, location with Google Maps embed.
- Awards, certifications, insurance accepted.
- Social links across 9 platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Yelp, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, X).
- Click-to-chat WhatsApp / SMS buttons.
- Color palette and typography.
- Analytics IDs: Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Google Place ID.
Not customer-editable
- The underlying HTML template structure (changes require code).
- The AI chat system prompt internals (the chat already reads your site data automatically).
- Security headers.
- Custom domain DNS (intentionally staff-assisted to prevent typos from taking your site down — see Connect a custom domain).
