Between sessions

How to get questions answered when the contractor is not on a live call.

Last updated 2026-05-11 Implementation

Most Implementation engagements span multiple weeks with sessions scheduled a few days apart. Between sessions, you have two primary channels.

Email the contractor directly

Your contractor's email is in their intro message and on every session invite. They respond within one business day during the engagement. Use this for clarification on a fix from a prior session, scheduling, or to flag something that came up after a session.

Email LeakTrace support

For anything outside the technical work — billing, contractor reassignment, scope changes — email [email protected]. The contractor is not the right channel for these.

If something is urgent

If you discover a possible compromise between sessions (forwarded mail, unauthorized login), do two things: email the contractor and email support. We will join a session same-day if necessary to triage. Implementation does not include 24/7 incident response — for that, a separate engagement is required.

Self-service in the audit dashboard

You can still mark findings as fixed and reverify them on your own between sessions. The contractor sees the updated status in real time and can adjust the next session plan accordingly.
