Implementation engagements are delivered as live working sessions over screen-share. The exact count depends on your findings inventory.
Tier 1 ($1,499) — 1 to 5 findings
Typically 1 to 2 sessions of about 60 minutes each. Most engagements close within one calendar week.
Tier 2 ($2,499) — 6+ findings
Multiple sessions, no fixed cap. Continues until every finding is closed and reverified. M365 hardening, MFA rollout, and breach response often fall into this tier.
Session format
Sessions are screen-share over Zoom (or Microsoft Teams if you prefer). The contractor walks through each finding — you do the clicks, they guide. No keylogger, no remote desktop, no admin password collection.
Pacing
Most teams want 1 session per week. Some want everything done in a single day. We accommodate either — schedule with the contractor directly.
